By creating an account or using Pawle, you agree to these terms. Pawle connects pet parents with products, pharmacy items, care services and mating profiles from third-party sellers and providers — you're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including pet health and prescription details.

All orders and service bookings are subject to availability and provider acceptance. Wallet balances, membership subscriptions and refunds are governed by the policies shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Service providers and sellers on Pawle must hold any licenses required for the services or products they offer (e.g. veterinary credentials). Pawle reviews listings before they go live but is not itself the provider of third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
